Quality policy

The agency’s quality policy is determined by our mission what we have following for seven years: The Central Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency is a dominant player in the national R&D&I policy, which works as a regional bridging organization with some public function as well.

For these reasons we develop the regional economic potential and R&D&I activities by ensuring adequate innovation services.

Our quality policy based on 4 pillars which are the excellence, the continuous development, creativity and uniqueness.

In respect of excellence our agency have two internationally recognized excellence ratings:



European Cluster Excellence Bronze Label

CTRIA got the international cluster management qualification. Thanks to this classification the operation of our Vértes-Danube Automobile Cluster fits to the relevant European standards. On the other hand it is the base of our regional network development activities.



EFQM Committed to excellence qualification

CTRIA has started the acquisition of EFQM C2E qualification in 2014. This rating based on our own assessment which we could continuously develop and maintain our high quality services.

The continuous  development is very important at institutional as well as employee levels. We tailor made our service palette based on the local needs and our employees have the necessary professional knowledge.

The creativity means for us that we are trying to combine our services and find the best solutions for the different partners and problems.

Finally the uniqueness as our fourth quality policy pillar. We are the only institution in the Central Transdanubian region which covers the whole innovation chain by its service portfolio and helps to implement new marketable ideas.



The mission of the Central Transdanubian Regional Innovation Agency is the development and support of the Central Transdanubian Region’s institutional framework to ensure:

  • the integration of the region according to the EU innovation oriented „Regional Foresight” trends;
  • the development of the region’s economy and society by organizational and process innovation, creating and maintaining an appropriate regional innovation incentive and assistant environment;
  • the forwarding of competitiveness of SME’s and businesses;
  • the strengthen of the regional innovation network between the different actors, foundation of new strategic alliances and designing new innovation services.
