The tourism sector across Europe is undergoing profound changes as we live in an era of project, digital, creative, entrepreneurial and green economy, so a holistic approach to sustainable tourism development is key.<\/p>

A HyPro4ST \u00f6sszefog\u00e1s c\u00e9lja, hogy pozit\u00edv t\u00e1rsadalmi \u00e9s fenntarthat\u00f3 hat\u00e1st gyakoroljon a turisztikai \u00e1gazatra. Ennek \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben a projektben r\u00e9sztvev\u0151 partnerek a fenntarthat\u00f3 turisztikai \u00e1gazat sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra \u00faj, „fenntarthat\u00f3 \u00e9s hibrid projektmenedzser” munkak\u00f6rt k\u00edv\u00e1nnak kialak\u00edtani, akik a fenntarthat\u00f3, hibrid, digit\u00e1lis, kreat\u00edv \u00e9s v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3i projektmenedzsment ter\u00fclet\u00e9n szerezhetnek rendk\u00edv\u00fcl hasznos tud\u00e1st.\u00a0 A projekt szeretn\u00e9 el\u00e9rni tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 a szakk\u00e9pz\u00e9si \u00e9s fels\u0151oktat\u00e1si oktat\u00f3k k\u00e9szs\u00e9geinek b\u0151v\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t, hogy alkalmazkodni tudjanak a turisztikai munkaer\u0151piac ig\u00e9nyeihez.<\/p>

The project will develop a training programme that will be in line with the ECVET\/EQF\/EQAVET and micro-credit approaches. During the implementation period, 6 seminars, 6 online courses and 2 international training activities will be organised, developing the competences of 700 professionals.<\/p>
