We are proud to announce that WIN has been officially recognized as a Danube Strategy Flagship within Priority Area 9 \u2018People & Skills\u2019 of the EU Strategy for the Danube Region <\/strong>(EUSDR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This recognition highlights our strong macro-regional impact and contribution to building accessible, inclusive, and effective labour markets across the Danube Region. Being named a flagship places WIN among the model projects of best practice, demonstrating how collaborative, cross-border efforts can drive real change for people and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By implementing innovative pilot actions, building women\u2019s skills and networks, and challenging institutional barriers, WIN directly contributes to a more inclusive, resilient, and fair labour market<\/strong>.
