Together, it's easier, right? In order to seek international R & D & I co-operation for domestic enterprises, we have developed a service network with the technology transfer organization of 7 Central European countries, where we provide services shared with each other. This means that the services of all member organizations are available to any member state's business organisation in the following areas: lean manufacturing, rapid prototyping, technology research, market research, idea screening, technology foresight.

Are you in need of an international partner?

We are in contact with nearly 90 technology transfer organizations in Europe (through 16 international projects successfully completed in the past six years), which can support the European K&F&I co-operation of Hungarian enterprises and their partner search needs for launching their international tendering. But of course, we are not only working with foreign organizations: our domestic K F I co-operation can also provide businesses with their research, measurement, prototyping, and market introduction services.

Cluster management

By definition, a cluster in economic life is a group of geographically close companies and related institutions cooperating in a defined economic area, linked by their similarity and complementarity. In simple terms, it is a cluster formed by the cooperation of enterprises in a region. To make it rewarding for all parties to be part of a cluster, it requires appropriate management.

What do we do when we "cluster manage"?

We define common goals, tasks and services. We will share costs, use common resources and apply for joint grants. We will develop an operational model that is well aligned with the common strategy and provides a solid basis. Joint PR and marketing activities (a common image), a database to facilitate the flow of information between cluster members, and much more. In essence, we help find common ground within the cluster and help businesses grow together and achieve their goals.

We have been successfully pursuing this complex activity for the fourth year since 2013 as the holder of the European Cluster Excellence Bronze Label. We currently provide our cluster management services in the following sectors: vehicle industry, renewable energy technologies, IT.

CTRIA is an automotive cluster and a newly established cultural and creative industrial cluster management organization, a member of an automotive accredited innovation cluster, and a collaborative partner of an IT and environmental cluster. Through this network of more than 100 companies, we offer our network development and partner search services.
