Lex(e)con | Eramus+
Dyslexia is an extremely common, specific developmental disorder affecting 5-15% of the population. People with dyslexia have perfectly normal intelligence but require extra attention and development in the area of education. This special training is mostly available in childhood, but is less common in adulthood. It is worth noting that several studies highlight that the proportion of people with dyslexia who start their own business is higher (19%) than in the general population (5-10%).
The Lex(e)con project, which aims to support adult education providers who can help people with dyslexia by providing entrepreneurship skills, was launched on the basis of the above. To this end, a specific curriculum on the subject will be developed and trainers will be trained who will be able to use this curriculum in the future to educate people with dyslexia.
